Hey Dickon!
Finally I upgraded my account, this is such a great web app!
Question: when I reach the max allowed active projects in my plan but not my disc quota, will be possible to archive and deactivate a project instead of delete it so I can make room for a new one?
Thanks
M.

Hi Mauricio,
This is something we are working on though it is not in release yet.
Thanks for the suggestion!

Hi Dickon --
Do you know if this is planned for any upcoming releases? Just wondering.
Thanks!

Hi Melissa,
We have a few things we're working on for the next couple of weeks and I will add this to the list. Will update you once it is live.
Thanks,
-Dickon
Hey Dickon, please let us know when that Archive tool is avail - we're ready to send a few projects there as well :-)
Sure, we're just testing it now so hopefully we can push it live on Monday.
Dickon, just wanted to check teh status on this, any luck on the archive?
Hi Matthew, yes! Apologize for the delay but we plan on pushing this live early tomorrow morning.
Hey all,
Sorry but we hit a snag this am with this release, it's coming very soon, hopefully later today.
Hi everyone,
Sorry for the delay but this is finally live!
If you go into a Project > Project Settings > and scroll to Project Status you can now archive your projects.
Hope this will be useful.
Sincerely,
-Dickon
Hi Dickon,
Once I am in a particular project I would like to archive I can't seem to find "project settings" I only see "people and permissions" Can you please point me in the right direction? Thanks.
Hi Jennifer,
Please see the attached image. If you cannot see the settings tab then you need to be made an admin for your company. This can be done by having the account owner or another admin go into People & Permissions > All Contacts > Project C > Jennifer > Edit your profile and there is a checkbox on the bottom row of the Profile window.
Hope this helps.

Hi Dickon,
I double checked with the owner and I am an administrator but I'm still not seeing the "Project Setting" button to the right of "People and Permissions"? I have attached a screenshot under "project permissions" that shows that I should have access. Any trouble shooting tips?
File titled "TEMP" was given to me from the owner, files titled "screen" was from my computer. Strange right?
Yes, weird. Sorry about this. I just opened a ticket under your name to resolve this issue.
This is a bug! We'll fix it.
-Dickon
My co worker who is also an administrator had the same issue. Not sure if it applies to some of the other team members who have access but let me know if you would like me to find out. I appreciate you looking into this. Cheers.
Hi,
Once we archive a project are we able to go back and review some of our past creative?
Jennifer,
Yes, once a project is archived you can go back and view it, you just cannot edit or add to it.
Thx,
-Dickon
That works for me. Can you please direct me to where the archived projects are listed? I can't seem to locate them, all I see is the active projects. What am I missing? Probably something really simple ;) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Yes, you need to be on the MAIN page youraccount.vyoopoint.com/main and an ARCHIVE tab will appear once you have archived projects, please see the attached image.
Hope this helps.
Well that makes sense but I am not seeing the archive tab and I have already archived about 10 projects. I have attached an image of what I am seeing.
Argh.. ok, sorry.. I will open a ticket for this also.
Hi Dickon,
Just wanted to check in on the status of my ticket. Any luck?
Hey Dickon, having some trouble archiving a project. I think it may be another bug. I am not able to see "project settings" once I am in a particular gallery.
Hi Jennifer,
this feature is only available to account owners, and your user is of admin access level, which is a bit more restricted. Also, since you mentioned - what problems with archiving you've encountered? Or this was an attempt to archive the project which can be done only by owner?
Thanks,
Alexey
Hi Alexey,
As an administrator I was able to archive before, but when this feature was added (being able to archive) I was originally having issues seeing the archive button next to project settings. Which I was told was a bug and was eventually fixed. This time I can see the archive button next to project settings on the main page but when I go to the particular project I would like to archive I no longer see that button available to me. I am able to view my previously archived projects but not able to archive a new project. Is this something new that only the owner is able to archive because I was able to archive a lot of projects a couple months back. I hope that makes sense. If you need screenshots let me know. Thanks.
